Planet New Year will reach capacity. We strongly recommend getting your tickets now to ensure your place.

What do I get with a presale VIP ticket?
VIP TICKETS are available on-line at coolworld.com for only $75 (Limited capacity!). They will also be available at select outlets & the Cow Palace Box office. Close to the main stage, this year's VIP area will be a very special part of your PNY experience. You will be able to mingle with the artists & see the behind the scenes action! VIP’s receive VIP line privileges, access to VIP/artist area, refreshments & free giveaways.

What is a Super VIP & what do I get?
SUPER VIP SPECIAL is for the (21+ only): Come & celebrate this New Years in style and have your own private party at PNY where you will have Skybox seating for you and 3 friends or 2 couples with a spectacular panoramic sky-view of the main arena, fireworks countdown & more!. Price includes: 4 SUPER VIP tickets, priority parking, party favors, open bar, midnight champagne toast, refreshments & snacks. How do I get to the Cow Palace?

Will there be alcohol?
Yes! There will be several alcohol areas for the 21+ including the MONSTAR BAR In the Planet Erotika arena which will be the biggest alcohol garden on the Planet!

Will there be a long wait to get in?
NO, we are staffing several areas so that there will be a speedy entry into the festival. Please help us and you by only bringing what will be allowed into the festival.

What time are the artists going to play?
Set times will be listed on our site the week on the event & you will receive line-up info when you arrive. Arrive early so you don't miss anything & SOME HEADLINERS WILL BE PERFORMING EARLY!! Festival gates open @ 6pm sharp!

Will there be a coat check available?
Unfortunately, there will be no coat check available for security reasons, so only bring what you want to carry.

Will there be parking?
There is plenty of parking around the site, but we recommend carpooling with friends. There will be a fee for parking, so arrive early to get a good parking space.

Can I bring a video camera?
No video cameras will be allowed. You can however bring a still camera.

What can't I bring?
Please pack light to avoid a long wait and only bring what you want to carry, no bags or backpacks, no food, candy or beverages, video cameras, Illegal substances, anything that may be considered dangerous.
